Easter was so much fun this year. Seeing him enjoying everything is so rewarding. It was really Easter weekend, not just Sunday. Saturday started out at our ward's Easter party at a park. ( It is actually the park I took his 6 month pictures=) They had a huge Easter egg hunt, which he didn't understand right away. He found his first egg, found out it had candy in it and immediately plopped down to devour it. They also had an Easter bunny, which he loved from a distance yelling 'Bunny!' But as soon as we asked him if he wanted to go give the bunny hugs he shook his head and said his favorite word, 'NO!' Well johnny took him over anyways so we could at least get a picture,hehe. After the ward party we went over to another park where Johnny's sister was throwing a party. It was huge with tons of kids running around. When it came down to the Easter egg hunt the same thing happened, except he did go looking for more eggs after but all the kids had already snagged them. They also had an Easter bunny there, and even though he didn't want to we had him take a picture with him and his cousin Chase=)
